We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Sales & Admin . This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in retail sales who also possesses administrative capabilities. You will be responsible for driving retail sales through excellent product consultation while ensuring our backend office, e-commerce operations, and day-to-day administrative workflows run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Consultation

• Engage walk-in retail customers, understand their project needs, and pitch/recommend appropriate 3D printers, filaments, resin, or spare parts.
• Drive retail conversions by effectively explaining product features, warranties, and bundles.
• Manage daily cash flow, process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, and perform daily retail opening and closing settlements.
