Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure brand standards and product quality.
Team Management: Lead, train, and schedule staff to meet performance targets.
Sales Growth: Monitor sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Compliance: Ensure all outlets follow company policies, hygiene, and safety rules.
Expansion: Coordinate and support new outlet openings.
Requirements:
Experience: 3-5 years in retail operations.
Brand Knowledge: Strongly prefer candidates familiar with Major Brands' SOPs and operations.
Skills: Good leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Education: Min SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
Attitude: Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle multitasking.
