Key responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance store efficiency
• Manage a team of retail associates, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
• Liase with suppliers on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Hurst and Taylor Pharmacy
