            Operational Excellence & Consistency Oversee daily operations across all locations to ensure consistent quality in dessert and services 
Enforce SOP and brand standards across all sites 
Conduct regular store audits to maintain high cleanliness safety, hygiene and service standards 
Manage all on ground maintenance such as pest control, food license, floor trap and equipment 
Sales Performance Analyse sales data and KPIs to set targets and implement strategies to boost performance 
Provide regular updates on performance of Limited-Time-Offer campaigns and products 
Manage inventories and procurement to ensure smooth supply chain 
People leadership & development Onboard staff on site and store management 
Coach and mentor store leads to drive performance, motivate teams and develop leaders.
