Position Overview

The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for conducting camera surveillance investigations and audits as well as providing support with shoplifter situations at our retail stores. The Loss Prevention Monitoring Technician works in a team environment based in our remote monitoring center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video investigations for internal and external theft at our retail locations
• Complete video audits to verify Loss Prevention policies are followed
• Log and maintain records for all investigations and audits
• Clearly and accurately communicate findings to the Operations and Loss Prevention teams
• Answer phone calls from stores and provide live support with shoplifter situations
• Complete camera system troubleshooting as required

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience
