Identify and evaluate strategic retail locations aligned with Hiessence’s wellness and lifestyle positioning (malls, kiosks, pop-ups, and concept stores)
Lead site negotiations, lease agreements, and partner coordination for new store openings
Oversee end-to-end store launch execution, including store fit-out, merchandising, staffing coordination, and product readiness
Ensure all retail spaces reflect Hiessence’s brand identity, ambiance, and sensory experience
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity within the home fragrance and wellness industry
Collaborate with marketing on store launch campaigns, activations, and in-store promotions
