The role of the Retail Excellence Trainer is to deliver engaging and inspiring theoretical and practical training for the retail division, support customer events, and engage in promotional activities across key focus doors in the North of England, Scotland & Ireland. The key focus of this role is to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail professionals, ensuring they deliver a high-quality ELEMIS retail journey. This includes incorporating skilled Elemis consultation and premium retail activations, eventing and customer experience.
