We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Retail Sales team in Dundee.

As a Deputy Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving the performance and day‑to‑day operations of the store and leading in their absence. You’ll work with our team to ensure they provide a 5 star customer journey and optimise KPI performance while maintaining high operational standards. You’ll also coach and support the team to deliver sales targets while making sure our customers are supported in helping create a home they love.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you can realistically earn on‑target earnings of up to £50,000, with the opportunity to earn even more through our uncapped commission structure – giving you full control over your income.
