Our busy charity shop is looking for a Zero Hours Cover Supervisor to help create a welcoming space full of bargains, banter and brilliant finds.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure every visitor feels welcome – two-legged or four! – and that the shop is a friendly, inviting place to browse. You’ll also champion Blue Cross and the incredible work we do for pets and people whenever the opportunity arises.

On the sales side, you’ll drive Gift Aid sign-ups, process donations, price items to maximise fundraising and keep the shop floor looking its best.
