The main purpose of this position is to handle negotiating and sourcing all related retail leasing functions for the portfolio and new developments within the group.

MUST HAVE:
National retail experience Strong negotiation experience Senior consultant – preferably Retail Leasing Manager experience Duties & Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 (Matric), Relevant Diploma or Degree 3 years’ experience in retail leasing Shopping Centre experience is an advantage Retail experience is essential Relevant Fidelity Fund qualifications would be advantageous Strong personal relationships with national tenants

Proposal and Lease Preparation
