Retail Channel Production Support Role with leading Bank
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production technical support for incident tickets logged by user and other customer
support units.
Liaise with business and other stakeholders for periodic reviews of issues and addressing
business challenges via fixes in system.
Perform jobs like incident analysis / review, impact analysis of critical issues, detailed
technical analysis of complex issues
Periodic review of systems and interfaces and document all these in KDB (knowledge
database)
Performing analysis of tickets and repeated incidents raised and work on reducing repeated
tickets and incidents
Key Competencies / skill set:
Team management experience in production support is must.
Work Experience on Retail netbanking is must and Work experience on CBS or digital
