About the Role

We are looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to join our team in Rotorua. Candidates with optical experience are preferred, but we welcome applicants new to the industry and provide world‑class training to support their development.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through styling and personalising high‑fashion frames.
• Assist customers in selecting products from luxury brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Optical experience is ideal but not required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and apply brand knowledge quickly.
