Responsibilities
Deliver customer service excellence by greeting walk‑in customers, attending to their shopping enquiries, promoting products to them and assisting with the order fulfilment processes.
Replenish and arrange merchandise according to Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Perform out‑of‑stock, quality, and expiry checks.
Perform price tagging and ensure accuracy.
Perform cashiering duties including customer exchanges and refunds and promoting customer loyalty programme during the checkout process. <...
