Salary: $2,500 – $3,180/month
Job Responsibilities - Welcome and greet guests warmly with excellent hospitality
- Manage reservations, answer phone enquiries, and assist with guest requests
- Coordinate seating arrangements according to restaurant rotation plans
- Provide a pleasant and personalized dining experience for guests
- Maintain guest profiles and note special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Communicate guest feedback and important information to the operations team
- Ensure smooth front‑of‑house guest flow and service experience
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of F&B/hospitality experience preferred
