MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, profitability, customer experience, and people management of the restaurant. The role is accountable for driving operational excellence, achieving sales and profit targets, building high‑performing teams, and ensuring that all company brand standards and customer service expectations are consistently executed.
