As the Restaurant Manager you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality role.Excellent organizational and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personalityAbility to work well under pressure.Ensuring outstanding customer service is achieved at all times.Strong management skills.Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
