ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Greets all guest with a warm welcome as they enter the Dining area.
 Maintain awareness of guest needs and demeanor while waiting.
Seat guests by request or assigned table/section rotation.
Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant adhering to Brand standards at all times.
Assist with inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
Assists with clearing and set-up of tables as they are vacated
Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed
Dust and cleans room decorations, appliances, & structural surfaces (e.g. wall fixtures, window sills, vents, etc.; using appropriate cleaners designated by immediate supervisor
Inspect areas for safety hazards
Check operating conditions of equipment
Communicate effectively with Management regarding any guest or employee issues
Use Micros or computer system as necessary
