PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK

At Checkers & Rally's, we strive to make a difference in the lives of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant's goals by achieving sales and profit targets while providing excellent service to both Guests and Team members. The General Manager oversees the entire restaurant to ensure it remains the first choice for our Guests and Employees.

HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY

- Meet budgeted sales and profit goals by managing all aspects of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

- Continuously analyze data and develop and implement plans to improve sales, profits, and the overall efficiency of restaurant service.
