Position Overview
This role oversees and leads the Tavern Front of House, ensuring efficient operations and contributing as a profitable stakeholder within the organization. The Restaurant & Bar Manager works year‑round at The Lodge at Arrow Lakes, which includes a hotel, pub, dining room, and during winter the CMH Kootenay Heli‑Skiing operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to achieve Food & Beverage key performance indicators and financial targets.
- Communicate effectively with team and management.
- Provide direction, feedback, and ongoing coaching to develop and lead front‑of‑house staff.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing levels for front‑of‑house.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering processes and cost controls within F&B operations.
