Assistant Restaurant Manager, La Vista, Cameron House
As Assistant Manager you will support your Manager in managing all aspects of your outlet including recruitment, training and development of your team, guest satisfaction, profitability and meeting all statutory requirements.
The Role
Typical daily responsibilities include:
- Allocation of duties for the day, week and month
- Mise‑en‑place and stock management
- Team Briefings
- Kitchen liaison
- Setting of service goals and incentives
- Hosting the Door and the Floor
- Checking on tables and VIPs
- Handling and resolving feedback or issues as they arise
- Providing hands‑on support to the team where needed

- Monitoring Liquor GP
- Overseeing payments and Res Diary tasks
