Responsibilities

  • Stablish an intense relationship with technical and sales team to develop Solutions close to Clariant Portfolio
  • Lead technical projects related to Circular economy (Biofuels, waste renewable, Edible Oil, etc.)
  • Balance offering between EMEA PFA plants
  • Support target accounts, introduce new products, resolve customer claims
  • Align technical service goal with Sales and Operations
  • Survey customer and market unmet needs and suggest measures and projects
  • Understand customer needs and translate into products and services
  • Solve customer and product problems concerning EH&S, QM and customers' production
  • Support customer training programs, lectures, trade shows participation.
  • Ensure implementation of planned actions
