Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Teora and with functional reporting to the Head of Compliance of Natixis Wealth Management (NWM), you are responsible for compliance and control activities within Teora.
On a daily basis, your duties include:
Develop the RCSA and TEORA Compliance Plan, validate commercial documents, answer questions from operational staff, as well as monitor LAB-FT-Sanction-Embargo-Corruption and Fraud missions, including analysis of FIOs and Tracfin declarations; Lead and structure 1st level controls, develop and execute 2nd level control plan with NWM Compliance, issue corrective actions, escalate results, as well as implementing the recommendations of regulators and internal audits; Carry out regulatory compliance reports and present them at quarterly meetings with General Management and NWM and Natixis compliance; Carry out and disseminate regulatory monitoring on life i...
