The principle function of the Resort Services team is to deliver 5-star services to MacLeod House & Lodge residents and guests throughout the duration of their stay. This is a hands-on role covering every area of the guest experience including reception, concierge, food and beverage, and housekeeping.

Resort Services Assistant (Nights) supports the management team on the delivery of guest services and work closely with the wider operational teams including resort sales and bookings personnel.

This role operates on a shift-based system, back to back with the Resort Service day team and includes weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.
