Master Kong has made its mark on the Mount and we seek someone to make their mark on their chef career. Master Kong is a bar & dining establishment serving Asian street food with a large selection of shareable recipes and a limited-edition handmade drink list. We are looking for someone to bring imagination to the Mount.

Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)

As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Cook/ Chef and contribute to the success of the team. This is a developing role with the aim of expanding culinary and leadership skills so you can eventually become Head Cook and run your own kitchen. We require a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen and will provide ongoing training.
