About the role

Mercy Community are on the search for an exceptional Rostering Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team. This role will be a Permanent Part-Time position with On-Call supports required to be undertaken within this role. This role will be based at our Nudgee office. 

This role is the first point of contact for all incoming staff roster and leave enquiries (on site, telephone, emails). On-call supports will be required and shared amongst the team. Shift times will vary in this role from Monday to Sunday, working hours are within 05:00-22:00 with on-call required. This role will cover rostering for our Residential Aged Care facilities in Queensland (Nudgee, Rockhampton and Townsville).
