- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong roof life.
- Material Application: Replace damaged shingles, flashing, underlayment, and sealant.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company safety policies while working at heights.
- Customer Communication: Interact professionally with homeowners to explain repairs and, in some cases, provide quotes.
- Site Management: Clean up job sites and maintain company vehicles and tools.
