Responsibilities:
Perform residential real estate valuations using standard methodologies (comparables, DCF, residual, income approach)
Build and maintain valuation models in Excel
Support divestment strategy with market analysis, pricing recommendations, and scenario modeling
Prepare valuation reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external counterparties
Track residential market trends, comparable transactions, and pricing benchmarks across target geographies
Partner with the commercial team to align valuations with go-to-market strategy
Contribute to repricing exercises on the existing portfolio
