On behalf of our client, a modern and fast-growing law firm, we are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding conveyancing team across Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident managing their own residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

This is a full‑time office‑based role working Monday – Friday.

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Work on new build, shared ownership and remortgage transactions.
