Mainline Living Property Management is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Maintenance Technician to join our apartment development Lavida in Kelowna, BC. The position reports directly to the District Property Manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper functioning and appearance of our properties, overseeing regular inspections, coordinating and monitoring contractors for preventative maintenance throughout the interior and exterior of buildings and maintaining compliance with contract specifications. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (subject to change). Salary range is $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
