The Residential Leasing Negotiator will be responsible for finding and winning new clients for the Residential Services of the company.

• Promote and lead lease and sales of properties through advertisements, digital marketing, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Establish a strong network of potential clients and maintain healthy relationships.
