General Job Description IES Residential is currently seeking Residential Electrical Helper - Single Family for immediate hire in the Conroe, TX area. Key Responsibilities Assist electricians during rough-in by measuring, cutting, and bending wire using hand and power tools. Help install electrical components including outlets, lights, switches, and fixtures. Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians. Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.
