The Opportunity



FCA is seeking Residential Counselors for our 24-hour supervised community residence for adults over age 18 who suffer from persistent mental illness. The residential program assists its residents with learning the skills necessary to move on to a more independent living environment.



Responsibilities


+ Provide counseling and supervision to residents and assist them in the development and implementation of their service plan.



+ Oversee recreational program and outings.

+ Supervise residents with daily activities

+ Complete required paperwork accurately and thoroughly and submit by the required deadline.
