A well-established law firm with multiple offices in Somerset are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to join its growing team in Taunton.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 1+ years' experience in residential property.
• Strong technical expertise and communication skills; ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering a high-quality service in line with CQS standards.
