Job Type
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Ensuring clients obtain good and marketable title
Reviewing and advising on mortgage offers
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
Maintaining compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQS standards
Supervising and supporting paralegals and assistants
Working closely with post-completion and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
