About the Role

Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well‑established RICS‑regulated practice to recruit a Residential / Commercial Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS or AssocRICS qualified professional to join a growing consultancy delivering a varied workload across both residential and commercial property. The role would suit a Building Surveyor, Valuation Surveyor, or General Practice Surveyor seeking a diverse position with autonomy and flexibility.

You will be responsible for carrying out surveys, valuations, inspections, and providing professional advice across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and the wider North West.
