Provide comprehensive site supervision for all architectural and interior design works.
Review all drawings and specifications to ensure site execution is carried out in accordance with the approved plans/ drawings and specifications.
Assist the Architect/Designer in site supervision and facilitate seamless coordination with other consultants’ site staff. Highlighting discrepancies, providing feedback on site progress, safety, and non-conformances to the Consultants and Client.
Conduct quality control checks of all architectural finishing works, including the inspection of materials, finishes, and workmanship standards.
Proactively highlight discrepancies, safety concerns, and non-conformances to the Consultants and the Employer.
Provide formal weekly reports summarizing site activities, identified issues, proposed corrective actions, and the status of implemented solutions.
