Position Overview Smith Lodge is a 21-bed transitional housing and support services program for men and women located in Plymouth, MN.

The 21-bed program provides single-room and double occupancy rooms for adults (18+) of all genders in need of a healing-centered community.

Position Responsibilities The Resident Advocate position will provide supportive services and a secure, safe environment to men and women who have chronic addiction to drugs or alcohol.

Maintain the confidentiality of all residents.

Monitor medication.

Lead or manage evening resident activities.

Assist in resident transportation.

Answer incoming calls.

Conduct random urinalysis drug/alcohol screenings.

Make a visual check of all residents and document residents’ status; complete room checks.

Provide crisis intervention.
