The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Field Officer focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with industry, training providers, government bodies and host employers to support apprenticeships and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting workplace assessments across different clients and locations
• Mentoring trainees and apprentices
• Recruitment of new apprentices for clients
• Identifying labour market gaps and solutions
