• Processing RMAs and analyzing driving factors for returns • Partnering with service centers to resolve return-related issues • Resolving discrepancies via Jira cases with service centers • Validating returns and ensuring data accuracy • Filing disputes for all retail customers through their portals and processes • Identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements • Leveraging AI tools to streamline returns workflows and reporting
