**(40%) ATK Core Services – Northeast Kansas Region**

+ Provide ATK’s four core services:
+ Device Demonstration
+ Device Loans
+ AT Device Requests
+ Provide assistive technology demonstrations and short-term device loans to individuals and service providers.
+ Conduct assistive technology trainings and consultations.
+ Provide information and referrals related to assistive technology and community resources.
+ Complete intake forms and maintain accurate customer documentation.
+ Enter all service data into the database by Friday at 5:00 PM each week.

**(25%) Funding Assistance**

+ Assist individuals in identifying and accessing funding resources for assistive technology devices and services.
