**About the Role**
The Research & Insights Manager, Platform and Membership, will lead primary research to advise Uber's product development, policy, and marketing strategy as it relates to Uber's cross-line of business efforts and Membership program.
This role will need to understand the needs of the business, executive leaders, and cross-functional team members to craft, implement, and deliver high-impact primary research, both quantitative and qualitative. This person will also act as the voice of the consumer in synthesizing this research with other data sources to influence insight-driven decisions.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead and execute market research for Membership and Platform initiatives, collaborating with a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
+ Collaborate with the research & insights team, as well as with UX research, data science, and policy research teams to conduct research studies and connect insights across the organization.
