We are looking for a Research Fellow to design and develop advanced power electronics systems in flow-based energy storage. The role will involve participation in joint research innovation activities, as well as technology translation, management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced power electronics systems for flow-based energy storage.
Develop test plans and conduct laboratory testing to verify system performance under various operating conditions.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design and test reports, control models, test results, and source code.
Support technology translation activities, including transferring research outcomes into practical engineering solutions and commercially viable products.
Manage and lead the research team, including task planning, technical guidance, progress tracking, and coordination across stakeholders.
