Accountabilities

• Develop conduct and deliver research reports and custom consulting projects in the telecom and tech domain.
• Work in partnership with business team on shaping both quantitative and qualitative research programs to clearly address business questions.
• Exploring and initiating new research tools and platforms for data analysis and presentation including Google analytics or Tableau
• Gain market insights and perform competitive market analysis to create strategic product plans and roadmaps for future growth as part of consulting engagement with clients.
• Managing a wide range of research programs like Customer satisfaction Brand health monitoring Market sizing Segmentation Usage & Awareness studies Concept testing Pricing analysis and other adhoc requests.
