About the role

We are seeking a Research & Development Lead in a full‑time, fixed‑term (6 months) capacity. This role leads the identification, development, and delivery of fundable research programmes, innovation initiatives, and strategic partnerships that strengthen Ririki Haumaru|Safekids Aotearoa's impact, credibility, and long‑term sustainability.

Sitting within the Research and Policy arm, the role operates as a strategic connector across research, funding, implementation and evaluation.
