Job Summary BioLegend is looking for a Research Associate to join the Exploratory R&D team. The Research Associate will be involved in new cell culture reagent product development and supporting existing products. Responsibilities include determining feasibility and launching of new products through establishing and executing optimized cell culture models, collaborating with manufacturing and quality control teams for tech transfers, and troubleshooting issues associated with existing products. The role requires mammalian cell culture experience; knowledge of process development for reagents such as small- and large-scale antibody production is a plus. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy while maintaining good documentation practices and generating reports.
