Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant Professor (RAP)/Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF) in Epidemiology or Biostatistics, School of Public Health (several posts) (Ref.:536261), to commence as soon as possible, on a two- to three-year fixed-term basis for RAP, or on a one- to three-year temporary basis for PDF.
Applicants should possess a doctoral degree by research (Ph.D., D.Sc., Dr.P.H. or equivalent) in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health or related disciplines. They should have a strong quantitative background; experience in analysing epidemiological data using R, STATA, SAS or other statistical packages; demonstrated expertise in the analysis of large and complex datasets; excellent written and oral communication skills; and the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
