            Job Scope  Gather and analyse research data and feedback from schools and stakeholders. 
Develop and manage surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and evaluation projects. 
Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data according to research protocols. 
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports. 
Support mid-term and full-term research evaluations. 
 Requirements  Diploma or Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Research, Social Sciences, or related fields. 
Minimum 1 year of experience in research, data analytics, or evaluation projects. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. 
Familiar with analytical tools such as Tableau and database management systems. 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. 
Able to work independently and collaboratively within tight timelines.
