To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. 2.1 or higher undergraduate degree in psychology or related mental health discipline
2. Experience of scientific research
3. Evidence of strong communication and teamworking skills
4. Evidence of strong time management and organisational skills
5. Database experience
6. Strong data cleaning and data analysis skills **Desirable criteria** 1. An MSc in in psychology or related mental health discipline (completed or near completion)
2. Experience of data collection (e.g., conducting psychiatric interviews and administrating cognitive assessments)
3. Experience of working with young people and/or individuals with lived experience of neurodevelopmental or psychiatric conditions
