**Job Description**

The Research Assistant will support ongoing projects in the laboratory focused on microglial immune responses and neuroinflammation. Working under the supervision of a senior postdoctoral fellow, the student will assist with day-to-day experimental activities involving human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)–derived microglia.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and assist with mammalian cell culture
+ Prepare culture media and laboratory reagents
+ Support differentiation and maintenance of iPSC-derived cell types
+ Assist with experiments examining microglial inflammatory responses
+ Prepare stimulation conditions and collect experimental samples
+ Perform basic biochemical and molecular assays
+ Support immunostaining and microscopy-based imaging experiments
