We are seeking a motivated and analytical Research & Programme Strategist to join the Programmes - X team. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the research grounding, impact measurement, and strategic relevance of Focus on the Family Singapore’s programmes and content. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data, and be able to translate research insights into actionable recommendations for programmes and content.

• Design and conduct impact measurement for Focus’ core programmes, including evaluation frameworks, data collection, and analysis of findings to assess impact.
• Identify, review, and synthesise academic and applied research on family, marriage, parenting, youth, and social issues, producing insights and findings that inform organisational strategy.
